The Park Hotel Kilmarnock are currently recruiting new staff to join our hard working brigade prior to our reopening.
These positions will be driven to complete many different tasks across our 50 bedroom 4 star hotel compromising of several private dining rooms, restaurant, coffee shop, garden and 2 large function suites.
All candidates should be highly motivated with a passion for good food and great hospitality.
Candidates will receive staff uniform, food safety training, in house training courses, staff incentive bonuses, hotel accommodation discounts and dining discounts etc.
FRONT OF HOUSE
Restaurant Supervisor £19-£22k - Full time
Liaising with Restaurant manager to ensure the smooth running of blues at the park maintaining the excellent reputation for outstanding service we provide. Great delegation skills and a good knowledge of running a busy, fast paced, family friendly restaurant essential.
staff (Cocktail experience) £19-£22k - Full time
Are you a keen mixologist? The ideal candidate for this job will been keen to help develop our brand new cocktail menus for Pavilion café bar and blues restaurant. Creativity, passion & flair is essential.

All kitchen staff candidates should understand most roles will be initially based on 5 days over 7, approx.42-48 hours per week depending on business requirements and that all roles have progression paths.
Breakfast chef £10 per hour Full time (35-45 hours)
As a large busy hotel we pride ourselves on an exceptional breakfast, as for many of our guests it is the last meal they have during their stay. Our ideal candidate will have exceptional skills in working alone in a fast and busy environment ensuring great presentation and delicious hot cooked food for up to 80 plated breakfast each morning.

Good organization skills with previous experience in a managerial role with great delegation skills and a passion for skill sharing and training.
Chef de Partie positions £20.5-£23k Full time
Keen food knowledge and a drive to progress their future in the catering.
Commis Chef NMW Full time & part time
A full-time role would be ideal for someone looking to develop their skills quickly and progress on to further roles.
Part time role would suite a student looking to develop their skills in a fast paced, friendly and fresh produce environment.
